Louxee is a private shared journal. We collect only the information needed to create an account, manage shared spaces, store moments, and keep the app reliable.

Information We Collect

• Account information from Sign in with Apple, such as your user identifier, display name, and email address when Apple provides it.
• Space and moment content you add, including titles, dates, locations, tags, notes, likes, photos, and videos.
• Device notification tokens if you enable push notifications.
• Basic analytics events used to understand app reliability and product usage.

How We Use Information

We use your information to authenticate you, sync spaces and moments with invited members, store media, send requested notifications, prevent abuse, and improve Louxee.

Storage and Processors

Louxee uses Firebase for authentication and database storage, Cloudflare R2 for media storage, and Amplitude for product analytics.

Sharing

Your spaces are private to their members. We do not sell personal information. Invite links can expose the space preview shown on the invite page to anyone who receives the link.

Deletion

You can remove moments, leave spaces, or request account/data deletion by contacting support.
